- Tutor should be enjoying teaching and sharing knowledge with the student and willing to travel.
- Good command of English is must.
- Computer knowledge will be added advantage.
- Post graduate with teaching degree preferable, fresher are inducted after training.
- Undergraduate with teaching degree with experience can join as tutor.
- Online tutor will be given one week training through internet with online trainers and online tutor certification will be provided.
